- Can I use Olivant soap for my face?
Certainly, Olivant has proofed to be a gentle soap which is suitable for skin on all areas of the body. You have though to avoid contact with eyes as soap cause eye irritation. If that happened please wash thoroughly with plenty of water. - Can I use Olivant on my baby?
We do not have any data suggesting harmful effect on baby skin. Though if the skin of your baby has a special sensitivity or is allergic to particular ingredients, then please read about Olivant ingredients or speak to your doctor. - Does Olivant include artificial colors?
No, We do not add any artificial colouring agents to any of our products. For soap made with pomace olive oil (green oil) it has its green colour from the natural green pigment called (Chlorophyll) which is extracted with the oil from the olive fruit. - Does Olivant melt on the basin like the other olive oil soap?
No, even olive oil is an unsaturated soft oil, our soap is hard enough to stay on the basin and bath without melting and messing around. We also introduced two nice features to prevent this issue. First, some soap types (like Olivant 90g) have a curved shape which helps to keep space underneath the soap for air to go through and dry the soap in between two usages. also, some types (like Olivant 180g) have a rope attached to it firmly to hang the soap bar after showering which accelerate drying. This rope is also used to easily handle the soap during showering. - I have a sensitive skin, is Olivant soap suitable for me?
We suggest you look at Olivant ingredients and assess whether your skin is allergic to any of them. if you are not sure, please ask your doctor. Olivant is made from ingredients that are safe under the European safety regulations.
- Can I buy Olivant soap from the local shops?
Yes you can. We are expanding and trying to reach new areas. If you did not find Olivant at local shops in your area, then you could send us a message including the name of the shop and address so we can contact him to stock our products. - Why Olivant soap is not available at the big supermarkets near my area?

It would be useful if you could send us a message to inform us about the supermarket name and address so we will make our best to stock our soap there. - What is the loofah made of?
Loofah is a natural fruit plant. The fruit can be harvested at a young stage to be eatable. When the fruit is fully ripened, it is very fibrous. The fully developed fruit is the source of the loofah we produce to massage your skin during showers or bathes. We have made the loofah easy to handle by sewing nice elastic belt on the back of it. Yes, please talk to the distribution agent that supplies you with Olivant, they should be able to replace it for you. - I have received a box of Olivant and found some packs damaged, what shall I do?
We apologise for this fault. We happily will replace these damaged packs with new ones without charging you. Please speak to the agent that supplies you with Olivant. Otherwise, please send us a message including the shop name, the full address and the contact details. We will make sure to sort this fault out ASAP.

The pallet size is 100 cm x 80 cm which fits 40 boxes of Olivant 180g (112 cm height) and 48 boxes of Olivant 90g (103 cm height).

The minimum order is one pallet of each noodles type. The pallet size is 100 cm x 80 cm and can fit 40 bag. - How long does it take for noodles order to be shipped and delivered?
It really depends on the delivery address. We aim to dispatch orders within three days from the day or ordering. the delivery could take up to one week for UK addresses, 10 days for EU addresses and 3 weeks worldwide. - Can you produce noodles of my own formula/additives?
We could but this is subject to some conditions such as quantity and price. Also we do not produce products that do not comply with the EU safety regulations. We suggest you contact us to discuss your requirement and we look for collaborations base on win-win deals.
